Company Update & Progress Report - June 11, 2008
Advanced Resources Group, Ltd. continues to make progress in
what has become the arduous task of bringing the company into
compliance with the SEC. This project, which has taken far longer
than originally expected, is rapidly coming to a close. All documents
required to date have been submitted.
Mr. Richard Dunning, President and Chief Executive Officer, is
traveling this week to meet with our SEC accountants where he
expects to finalize the necessary paperwork for SEC and EDGAR
filing. He will then proceed to New Mexico in order to gain first
hand knowledge of company progress there.
We will continue to update this page with reflections concerning
his journey and progress.

achieving reporting compliance with the Securities and Exchange
Commission. The Company believes it is positioned to file it's 2007
Q's very shortly and hopes to complete its 2007 audit and annual
report immediately thereafter.

Company Update & Progress Report - July 14, 2008
The Company continues to make meaningful progress in the
completion of the necessary SEC filings in order to bring it into
compliance. While an exact schedule for completion of this work
cannot be determined at this time, we feel that submission of
filings should begin shortly. Some documentary confusion resulting
from the OGAM to ARG transition has been the primary cause for
the delays. These matters have now been clarified. In the
interest of accuracy, work is proceeding at a prudent rate with
every attention to detail.
Mr. Richard Dunning, President and CEO of ARG, has spent a
portion of the summer traveling in his native Colorado. In addition
to his work with the Company SEC accountants, a Colorado firm, in
the completion of SEC required filings, he has been investigating
opportunities for expanding Company activities in the mining
districts of west-central parts of the state, an area well known for
its historical mining successes.
Mr. Dunning, with the assistance of the Company accounting firm
has determined that the capability of profitable recovery of
precious and strategic metals from waste material abandoned by
historical operations can be of very high value. In consultation with
Board members and shareholders, it has been decided that
sufficient merit lies in these opportunities to warrant the
establishment of a small satellite office for the Company in Colorado.
This will also make coordination with Company efforts in New
Mexico, matters of prime importance to achieving profitable gold
production there, more effective.
In addition to his efforts concerning SEC filings, Mr. Dunning
intends to pursue the establishment of a Company presence in
Colorado before his return to New Jersey.
