GARFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In the interest of providing a continuous supply of precious and strategic metals well into the future, AVRG
has instituted an exploration program aimed at identifying and acquiring proven reserves that qualify for processing utilizing the AVRG
environmentally sensitive technology.
This program will identify proven reserves based upon projected economic criteria; commodity needs projected into the future and anticipated
improvements in AVRG processing and recovery technology.
AVRG has reached agreement in principle and executed contractual agreements providing for the acquisition of a quantity of geological material
proven to contain significant quantities of gold. This material is above ground and has already been concentrated for production. In the opinion
of management, this block of material contains in excess of 230,000 ounces of gold net of the cost of recovery.
