most expedient manner possible. To that end, an alliance has been established with an existing metals producer, Silver City Reduction Co Inc.
This is a contractual relationship, no merger or partnership is involved.
This alliance will provide a base whereby the considerable experience, technology and expertise of both companies will be combined in the
establishment of metals production for the benefit of both entities and their stock holders.
Silver City Reduction Co Inc. is located in Grant County, New Mexico. Established in 1871, it has the experience needed to meet the production
needs of the Company. Its production facilities require modernization, a project where the technical resources of AVRG will be invaluable.
Together, a state of the art metals extraction capacity can be developed in an area where such operations have and continue to flourish.
Grant County, New Mexico is home to some of the largest mining and metals operations in the world and many benefits will be derived from
being part of its future.
In the interest of full disclosure, it should be noted that there is one overlapping member of the Board of Directors of AVRG and Silver City
Reduction Co Inc.
The metallurgical extraction technology to be implemented in Silver City is the result of a collaborative effort between both companies, made
possible by the extensive expertise in the field provided by each participant.
Utilizing the full benefits provided by this alliance, it is expected that AVRG will see considerable growth in both its asset base and its production
capacity over the longer term.
