name to Advanced Resources Group, Ltd., effective January 5, 2007.
The company has also received notice that the trading symbol for its common stock has been changed to "AVRG", quoted on the "pink
sheets." Further, the company clarified that there was no reverse stock split or other change in the company's common stock other than the
