While our site is undergoing informational updates, Advanced Resources Group. Ltd. has provided the following STATUS REPORT in an effort
to keep all interested parties abreast of what is happening with the company:
We are required to disseminate uniform information to all stock holders. It is difficult to answer individual phone calls regarding the disposition of
the progress of the company and the developments in production, or even the contracts which we are pursuing. To do so could constitute a
breach of rules and regulations dictated by Sarbanes-Oxley. It is improper to give individual investors preferred advantage. The Directors of this
company have agreed to keep the stockholders updated in a timelier basis although fewer phone calls and e-mails will be accepted.
We have a plan that is presumably taking us forward, albeit in several directions simultaneously.
The advice that we were given and the decisions we are making are based upon the decision to file a new registration with the Bulletin Boards
rather than the Pink Sheets.
We intend to move forward with our filings and our initial mission to register with the Bulletin Boards where we will be able to be more liquid
and achieve more value. We have spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to fix the problem. That is what has caused this considerable
time delay. We intend to announce a new registration and a specific completion of performance and production shortly. There will be dramatic
changes in the day to day activities of Advanced Resources Group, Ltd. We will continue to advise you of our progress.
